Comics!

MBLEH! was my first comic and also the first comic from Ireland to be distributed worldwide by those swell guys in Diamond. It ran for three issues and is a compendium of long and short stories of varying degrees of hilarity and unpleasantness. I still have a handful of issues left if you want to soil your comic collection. You can download hefty samples of each issue here.

A few years ago, I released THE SHIZNIT, a free pocket sized comic available around Dublin, Cork, Galway and a few other places around Ireland.. My idea is to make free comics available in places where people who'd never even seen a comic before would be exposed to them. But there is no money in making free comics so it’s been put to bed for a while.

My life’s work is Mister Amperduke , a 160page graphic novel told with no words. I specialize is telling stories without words. It took me around five years to write and draw. Check it out, all orders come with an original panel from the story.

I also draw and write Bob Byrne’s Twisted Tales for 2000AD which is a dream come true for me. These are also silent comics.

So take a look around, the best part is the rant section where you’ll find all manner of messing.

Free Comics

With The Shiznit being a free comic, the more or less complete issues are available here free for downloading. The Shiznit welcomes all submissions regardless of geography, but if you're Irish and even have a remote interest in making your own comics, get involved.
