Ideally the badge should have a picture of Bob's face (taken from cliodhna's photo from the saturday night in bristol where he's got his eyes shut, is giving a big thumbs up, and generally looks unbelievably gay, and not the good kind of gay either) and then put a cartoon fez on it. I like the banner quite a lot, but hadn't commented on it as for some reason it doesn't load in Firefox properly. Yeah, I dig the badge idea.
