Amperduke Trailer
Hey pigs! Here’s the trailer for the impending Mister Amperduke. So spread it like Hep C.

Still netless, unemployed and trying to remove the daggers from my back. But I’m working on comics 10-14 hours a day and getting tons done. Man, I missed out on the Irish blog awards, wasn’t nominated for anything. I used to blog every weekday and this site gets more hits than a red headed stepchild so it’s a pisser. Definitely next year.
I’m still struggling on the cover design for Amperduke. I’ve done 20+ designs and it’s a head wrecker. I’ll put up a dozen soon to get your thoughts.

Was very, very surprised to see you not making the shortlists, Bob. A real shame. There are not many blogs I check every day, but this is one of ‘em. Would have been fun to have shouted you a beer too. Next time.

man, this post made my day, after a weekend of hcrazy bar shifts and too parties that went on until like 7am two days ina row, I thought I was goign to die and would never get my stuff done, your tales of 10-14 hours of productivity are inspiring dude! oh and I got She Hulk Volume 4 in the post today so maybe that had somethignt o do with being happy as well!

A trailer for a graphic novel- nice one.
This book is one of the only things i’ve been looking forward to print-wise.
Your multi-hour drawing stints sound hardcore, i wish i could get that much done so quick. Fucking Spiffing bro!

Thanks lads. Lorcs the trick is to work until you’re tired, then blaze up a spliff have a can and try fool yourself into thinking that you’re relaxing and having fun with it. I overwrote a file last week though while in that stupor.
Same for you Hurk, here’s something that I tell everybody: I was NEVER late for my 9-5, hated being late but despised my job. So on Sundays why couldn’t I get up at 7am to pursue what I love? I was bending over backwards and killing myself to get into my day job before 8am but then I’d sleep till 2pm on Sundays which is fucked up. Get up early on Sundays man and work like a lunatic

Was a shame not to catch you at the comic jam the other day, but sure there’ll be other times. I’d say whenever you do make it to one, people will be queuing up to buy you pints (always a handy incentive to turn up).

For some odd reason blogger is being really slow and shite and I haven’t been able to post this yet, chucked it up on the auld facebook though, i’m backing up with mad rants for the blog and can’t get access like trying to get in to studio 54 when you’re the Mike Myers character. ya caan’t come in, aw well, will leave until like 3 am on friday night that’s always the best time for me to blog i find….
