Does anyone know the actual ingredients of whats sold as ‘pollen’aka polM for €50 for 5g lumps masquerading as ‘quarters’. the very best of hash doesn’t come my way anymore unless I luck into it abroad…so although I’d go without rather than smoke ’soap’I smoke about 10gms ‘pollen’ a week in a pipe(no tobacco) on a continuous basis, very rarely go without for even a day. So I’d be really interested to know what it is I’m actually smoking if only to research my long term health consequences. When you get a gram of real moroccan hash in Spain or Morocco you can be in no doubt that although more tolerable than soap, the pollen here doesn’t seem to contain much actual unadulterated hash. I’d pay big money if I could get the real thing, but dealers save that stuff(a bit of high quality primo that WASN’T bought in bulk is brought in by discerning dealers) but for their circle of friends and maybe some guys in bands, what the likes of me is smoking is a commercial product international dealers wouldn’t dream of smoking themselves or offering socially. Howard Marks preaches abstinence based on adulteration, I’ve a sneaking suspicion he’s right. I know long term hash use can make one forgetful and eccentric, and if smoked similar difficulties to tobacco, though less so. That I’m prepared to take. But what about all the smoking I’m doing of ketamine, plastic whatever the fuck else is in it -whats THAT gonna do to me long term (as in decades uninteruppted usage)
