Right, so where and when do I get to give you more of my money then Bob? (I presume this is an all-ages project, would that be right?

Is this a follow-up to Robots Don’t Cry, or something more sinister?
Jesus, you’re posting fairly regular too.

Random question, Bob - I saw an advert on UK TV recently promoting awareness & understanding towards Down’s Syndrome (see here) and I thought the ad looked very much influenced by your style. Did you have anything to do with it?
(This is the ad I’m talking about by the way)

Yo. Yep this is a darker kid’s book I’m writing, might do three of them back to back. It’s funny shit.
Kyle, you be smoking too much of that fine London chronic bro. Had nothing to do with it. Love that style though. Although I have worked on a secret animation project…….
March 12th, 2008 at 7:04 pm
Heh, fair enough - it seemed far too benevolent to be scripted by you, but there was something about the style of drawing in it that screamed your name at me.
When’s the next kid’s book out then?

Heh, my Byrne-fixation pays off again - you’re on Wikipedia now Bob. No doubt the page will shortly be vandalised to suggest that you blow goats or something…

Nice one bro! I’ll have to add loads of trivia and stuff to it. I want to be on the ‘famous people from Tallaght’ page. You should really do an entry on Irish comics.

I think we should redirect searches for “Declan Shalvey” to Bob Byrne…
Nice work on the wiki though Kyle, there had been an Amperduke wiki for ages, but no Bob one…

How long do we have to wait for this super secret animation to come out?
March 13th, 2008 at 8:09 am
Heh, I’ll come clean and admit that I worded my earlier post spectacularly poorly - it wasn’t actually me that created the entry for Bob, although I have since signed up and edited it to add to it. (Gonna leave it a few days before adding details of the sordid bumsex that makes up the relationship between Byrne and Shalvey though…)

bob admit you set it up yourself - i think i remember editing it at somestage tho

Further Tales Of Stalking Bob Byrne Online:
Dude, I just found a story about you illustrating Morbid Milton Saves Scarytown. Did that ever see the light of day? And what other gems have you been keeping under your fez-like hat?
March 13th, 2008 at 8:01 pm
I set up the Amperduke wiki 3 years ago but I didnt do the Bob one.
The Morbid Milton thing fell apart. The writer was extremely unprofessional, I drew a full issue, A FULL FUCKING ISSUE for free and he threatened to scrap my 50% ownership of the characters if I didnt draw the other two issues FOR FREE. I was dicked around and want nothing to do with him, I’ve been extremely magnanimous through the whole thing.
But I obviously got to keep my character designs, which have been copyrighted and now reused.
Bad experience though.
