What am I saying? The Kids don't want The Beano anymore. And therein lies the problem, it's hard to get in because so many better artist are (rightly) getting the work. Probably my associations with your other stuff. Your colours are too sleazy/pastelly/ for a childs comic. The first row of panels is good. I don't think you introduced Mr.Crabtree as menacingly as you could have. The Army Turk...will kids get that (I suppose they don't have to get it, it's original)?.
