This was originally meant to be a 6 parter slagging Alan Moore and all his antics with Hollywood. The way he refuses to have anything to do with the movies made from his comics etc. In this comic he put a curse on Watchmen (or was that real?) and the moguls need to bring him in line for the making of SKIZZ.

SKIZZ was a brilliant story in 2000Ad back in the day, its a lift of ET, coming out the year after the film I believe and it centers around a cute, squat little alien stranded on Earth running from the Government. In my comic they never heard of ET but the makers of Mac and Me sue. They go through Alan Moores back catalog and keep picking all his less original stuff, Captain Britain and all the stuff were he re-uses others people characters etc. It’s funny. Nice, now I don’t have to draw it!

This page took about 40 mins in Corel Painter. I’m switching to Manga Studio now but for sheer speed and fast colouring, Painter is your only man.
